Terms of Service
By using FeisWeb, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Acceptable Use
- You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
- You agree not to register competitors without proper authorization from their parent or guardian.
- You agree not to attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users.
- You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
- You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to FeisWeb systems or networks.
Account Termination
- FeisWeb reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, pose a security risk to FeisWeb or other users, or if continued use may cause legal liability for FeisWeb.
- Upon termination, your right to use FeisWeb will immediately cease. FeisWeb may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Liability Cap
FeisWeb's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total FeisWeb fees you have paid to FeisWeb for the event(s) contained in the claim.No Consequential Damages
FeisWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.Service Availability
FeisWeb does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and shall not be liable for any service interruptions or technical issues.User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for events.
- You are responsible for ensuring all competitor information is accurate and up to date.
Payment Terms
Timely Payment Required
Full payment of all registration fees is expected at the time of entry submission.Deletion of Unpaid Entries
Unpaid entries may be deleted at any time without prior notice. Neither the event organizer nor FeisWeb is obligated to retain unpaid registrations.Payment Reminders
Payment reminder emails may be sent as a courtesy, but neither the event organizer nor FeisWeb is required to send such reminders.Email Reliability
Email messaging is inherently unreliable. You should not rely on receiving payment reminder emails. It is your sole responsibility to ensure timely payment of all registration fees.Intellectual Property
- All content, features, and functionality of FeisWeb, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of FeisWeb and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any FeisWeb content without prior written consent.
Refund Policy
- Refund policies for competition registration fees are determined by the rules of each individual event. Unless otherwise stated by the event organizer, all registration fees are non-refundable. Please review the specific refund policy for each competition before completing your registration.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of FeisWeb shall be resolved in the courts located in Rochester, New York, USA, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
