Recent Server Problems: I am aware of the recent server problems and I apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.
Choosing a host for a site as busy as FeisWeb is not as straightforward as you might think/hope. I am in the process of researching a new host, but unbelievably, ALL potential hosts advertise themselves as the "fastest and most reliable". That means that I have to spend a lot of time researching every potential host. I believed my current one would be ideal. They might have been, but they were bought by another company ten days after I went live with them. I will get a new host and things will get better, so please be patient.

Update 1/23: I have requested more detailed information from potential hosts on their systems. I will be reviewing their responses as they come in to determine the most suitable fit for the sites needs.
Update 1/25: None of the hosts I contact on 1/22 have replied to my inquiries. I will move on to the next choices on my list tonight.
Update 1/26: Starting to hear back. I posed my needs to them as a description of what I do instead of a list of what I thought I needed. That really made them evaluate my needs more and explain their recommendations. I also received some suggestions I had not considered before.

Update 1/29: I have a new server. With a back to back this coming weekend, it will probably won't be switched over until next week.
